On behalf of the Municipality, we would like to inform you that as part of the Preventive Medicine Programs implemented by our municipality, memory and other cognitive function tests will be conducted in collaboration with the Psychogeriatric Association NESTOR. Specifically, a scientific team from the association will be on our island from October 14th to 15th, offering these tests by appointment to individuals over 60 years old.

Those who already face memory issues, show early signs, or wish to be tested for preventive purposes are all welcome to participate.

Additionally, on Tuesday, October 15th, at 6 PM, an informative talk titled “Dementia: General Information on the Disease – Daily Management Tips” will be held at the Municipal Library. The talk will be interactive, offering caregivers and family members of individuals with dementia the opportunity to share concerns and find solutions.
