Hosted by Elaiorama, a family-run olive grove in Leros, this morning experience invites you to slow down and discover the story behind authentic Greek olive oil. As you walk through the grove, you’ll learn about the life cycle of the olive tree, traditional cultivation methods, and the role olive oil has played in Greek culture for thousands of years.

Your hosts will share the story of their family and explain how their organic olive oil is produced, from blossom and harvest to pressing and bottling. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the care, patience, and knowledge behind every bottle.

The experience concludes beneath the shade of the olive trees with a guided olive oil tasting and a traditional Greek breakfast prepared with fresh local ingredients. Enjoy the flavors of the island while learning how to recognize the qualities of premium olive oil.
