It’s simple\, but full of care. And in this workshop\, we’ll show you how to make it the way it’s been made for generations. \nWe’ll welcome you into a traditional Greek house tucked among the trees just outside Lakki — a space full of stories\, flavors\, and the smell of wood smoke from the oven. That’s where we’ll bake your pies to golden\, crispy perfection. \nWe cook together. We eat together.\nYou’ll prepare your own individual spanakopita — mixing fresh spinach\, herbs\, and feta\, learning how to layer and fold phyllo with your own hands.
